
Corned Beef Cheese Ball:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup of chopped corned beef lunch meat
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon softened butter
Dried parsley or slivered almonds
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Once well incorporated, form into a ball. Roll in parsley or almonds and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
