This is a recipe we really love, so I hope you all enjoy it too.
Sweet Potato Casserole:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine everything except the topping. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned.
